What is Rerolling?[edit source]

Rerolling is the process of restarting a game account multiple times until you get favorable results, usually to obtain rare or powerful items early in the game. In The Tower: Idle Tower Defense, the goal is to reroll for two of the best Ultimate Weapons: Golden Tower and Black Hole.

Rerolling can be time-consuming, but using an efficient process can save time and maximize your chances of success.

Why Reroll?[edit source]

In The Tower, starting with strong Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapons can significantly impact your progress. The Ultimate Weapons Golden Tower.pngGolden Tower and Black Hole.pngBlack Hole provide enormous advantages in terms of Coin.pngCoins farming, and overall progression. By rerolling, you ensure that you get these weapons early, which can:

  • Speed up progression: Stronger weapons mean you can progress through waves and tiers, earning more resources in less time.
  • Reduce grind: Powerful weapons allow you to farm Coin.pngCoins more easily, reducing the time spent grinding for Lab.pngLab Research, upgrades, and other resources.

This video showcases reroll process using an emulator

Setting Up for Rerolling[edit source]

To make the rerolling process as efficient as possible, it’s recommended to use an emulator. The LD Player Emulator is a great choice, as it allows you to create multiple instances of the game and run them simultaneously, increasing your chances of getting the desired Ultimate Weapons in a shorter time frame.

You can also use your phone, just log out of your account, make sure that it's synced to the cloud and specific email, so you can always come back to it. If you are using the phone, skip some steps below and just use the ones that work for your phone.

Use the Android Emulator[edit source]

Download and install the LD Player Emulator on your PC. This will allow you to run multiple instances of The Tower at the same time, making rerolling more efficient.

Once LD Player is installed, log in using Google account (you can use your own or create a throwaway one, doesn't matter) and download The Tower from the Google Play Store.

Afterwards, before launching the game, create several instances of the emulator. Each instance will allow you to run a new account of The Tower. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open LD Player and click on "Multi-Instance Manager."
  2. Select the instance where tower is installed (you might need to close the LD Player)
  3. Create 3-4 copies of this instance. You can create more, but it will also depend on your PC performance, since emulators aren't perfectly optimized most of the time.

This will allow you to run the game on multiple screens at once, effectively giving you multiple reroll opportunities simultaneously.

Leveling up new account[edit source]

Once you have your instances set up, or you logged out of your account on the phone, just start grinding towards the Tier 1 Wave 60, to unlock Tournament.pngTournaments and Events.pngEvents.

To reroll effectively, you need access to tournaments and events. These features allow you to earn Power Stone.pngPower Stones, which are used to buy Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapons. By playing multiple accounts simultaneously, you can speed up the process of reaching these game modes and have more chances to pull the right Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapons.

Start by adding some basic workshop upgrades to get you started:

  • Damage: Increase damage output to clear stronger waves.
  • Attack Speed: Boost attack speed to take out numerous enemies faster and increase DPS.
  • Coins: Focus on upgrades that generate more coins, as these will be essential for progressing to higher waves and unlocking features.

After you will be able to reach Wave 20, prioritize building up your tower’s defenses. Specifically, aim for the Turtle Build, which focuses on Thorns and Defense Absolute. This build allows you to survive longer and progress through waves more effectively, which is crucial for earning the coins you need to participate in tournaments and events and finishing their missions.

Avoid investing in range or other non-essential upgrades and unlocks early on. Stick to the Turtle Build for better early-game results.

Obtaining Ultimate Weapons[edit source]

Once you’ve unlocked Tournament.pngTournaments and Events.pngEvents, you’ll get access to the Power Stone.pngPower Stones. These stones can be used to buy and upgrade Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapons.

Getting first UW[edit source]

Events.pngEvents often provide missions that can be completed in one day, such as:

  • Surviving a certain number of waves without taking damage.
  • Reaching a specific wave without using cards.
  • Doing specific number of Workshop Upgrades
  • Joining a Tournament.pngTournament

Those will allow you to get your first stones fast and use them for the first Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapon pull.

It takes 5 Power Stone.pngStones to roll for one Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapon. Depending on your luck, you could get either Golden Tower.pngGolden Tower or Black Hole.pngBlack Hole on the first pull. Visit Ultimate Weapons Priority List to figure out what UWs are the best, but if you are rerolling you should aim for GT + BH combo first.

Roll for your first Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapon. If you get either Golden Tower.pngGolden Tower or Black Hole.pngBlack Hole, keep that account and continue progressing. If you don’t get the desired weapon, it's recommended to create another account and reroll again.

You should be able to get your first UW in ~4 hours after starting the new account.

Getting second UW[edit source]

Your ultimate goal is to get both Golden Tower.pngGolden Tower and Black Hole.pngBlack Hole. These two weapons will give you a significant advantage in the game, allowing you to progress much faster and dominate the farming and progression.

So now, when you have your first desired UW (it can be either GT or BH) it's time to farm stones.

The time it will take for you to get another 50 Power Stone.pngStones will vary, but it's possible to do it in under 24 hours if you are lucky enough with Events.pngEvent missions and Tournament.pngTournament placement.

During the reroll process, you’ll be managing multiple accounts. Here’s how to handle them efficiently:

  1. Save Accounts with Good Rolls. If one of your accounts rolls the desired Ultimate Weapon, save that account. You can link it to an email to ensure you don’t lose progress.
  2. Abandon Bad Rolls. If an account doesn’t roll a good Ultimate Weapon, you can abandon it and start a new instance. This allows you to focus only on the accounts that have potential.
  3. Continue Grinding for Stones. Once you have your first Ultimate Weapon, continue grinding for Ultimate Stones. Use tournaments, events, and weekly rewards to earn enough stones for a second roll. It may take some time, but persistence will pay off.

Ideally you want to get those 50 stones as fast as possible, and you can do that if your will:

  1. Leftovers after getting your first Ultimate Weapons.pngUltimate Weapon. You should have 10 Power Stone.pngStones
  2. Get 2 Events.pngEvent Currency Purchase: for 65 and 90 Medal.pngMedals. That will yield you 30 Power Stone.pngStones
  3. Finish Tournament.pngTournament on position 7 or higher. That will yield you 10+ Power Stone.pngStones
  4. 25 Missions.pngDaily Missions completed Weekly Reward Milestone. That will yield you 10 Power Stone.pngStones
  5. You can get additional Stones for progressing even more Weekly Reward Milestones. 30 Missions will give you 15 more Power Stone.pngStones and 35 will reward you with 20 Power Stone.pngStones.

So even if your current Events.pngEvent missions are too hard to complete and you can't get any more Stones from them, you can slowly grind towards Weekly Rewards and get guaranteed 45 Power Stone.pngStones from them.
