Tournaments are regular multiplayer events where 30 players compete with each other for the Gems, Power Stone.pngStones and Keys rewards. Upon joining the Tournament player is being places in a group of 30 players of the same League. The 6 leagues are Copper, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Champion and Legend.

Tournament lasts for 24 hours, during that time players can compete in the special Tournament runs. Ranking will be determined based on the highest stage reached in the tournament run. If 2 or more players are tied, i.e. finished their runs on the same wave, they will both get better rewards of their ranking.

Entering A Tournament[edit | edit source]

Tournaments are unlocked on a Tier 1 Wave 60 Milestone. To enter a tournament and do one run you need to spend 1 Tournament Ticket. 1 Tournament ticket is given out for free every tournament. You can get another tournament ticket by watching an AD and additional ticket with Gems.

You will be placed on a bracket of 30 players of the same League who joined the tournament approximately at the same time you joined it.

A tournament is held every Wednesday and Saturday at 0:00AM UTC

Promoting[edit | edit source]

For each bracket, top 4 ranked players get promoted to the next league. Once players reach Platinum League they can also be demoted to the previous league if they ranked in 6 bottom places.

Bronze and Silver are "protected" tiers: once you leave them, you cannot get demoted back.

Tournament Difficulty[edit | edit source]

Tournament leagues are based on tier +. The "+" is to indicate stronger enemy scaling than the normal tier. The differences will be an increase to how quickly enemy stats scale and the presence of Heat (Battle Conditions).

Enemy Stat Scaling[edit | edit source]

Enemy stats increase with each league where Copper League is more difficult than Tier 1 but less difficult than Tier 2 and Champion League is between Tier 11 and 12 stats. All stats will scale faster including enemy mass which effects knockback and enemy speed.

Heat (Battle Conditions)[edit | edit source]

Every league aside from Copper has a Heat mechanic, adding additional modifiers to make the tournaments more varied. This starts off weak, but ramps up in strength as you progress through the waves, reaching maximum strength at wave 1000 (with exception of "more bosses" - see below)

Each league has a "More bosses" heat; starting from a boss every 10 waves in Copper, you have one every 9 waves in Silver, every 8 in Gold, etc. - up to every 5 waves in Legends. Unlike other heat mechanics, this stays static over waves.

From Platinum upwards, Death Defy or Energy Shield battle condition will be active.

Additionally to these, Silver league will have one additional random battle condition, Gold will have 2, and so on until Legends rank which will have 5.
